CITEL works in partnership with other international and regional organizations to further the work on telecommunications in the Americas.

Resolution COM/CITEL RES. 106 (IX-00) authorized the Executive Secretariat to invite the following entities and/or organizations that are directly involved in the telecommunications sector, to participate in CITEL meetings.

This list is updated regularly at the COM/CITEL meetings.
