2. Frecuencias disponibles para las operaciones de sistemas VSAT geoestacionarios/Frequencies available for geostationary VSAT:
Banda Ku / Ku Band:	10.7-12.2 GHz and 13.75-14.5 GHz
Banda C / C Band:	3625-420 MHz and 5850-6425 MHz/6450-6700 MHz

3. Requisitos de coordinación de frecuencias, en caso los hubiera/Frequency coordination requirements, if any:
ITU Radio Regulations and Mercosul Resolution/GMC No. 64/97, approved by Anatel Resolution No. 99 of February 4, 1999

4. Políticas para terminales sólo de recepción/Policies for receive-only terminals:
Reception only terminals do not need a license. But the provision of direct reception services need an authorization by Anatel and the satellite used must also be authorized to operate in Brasil.

5. Políticas para uso temporal como ser para captación de noticias por satélite (SNG)/Policies for temporary use such as Satellite News Gathering:
There must be an authorization for temporary use by Anatel, maximum period of 45 days. The request must be made 15 days in advance to Anatel -- Radiofrequency and Fiscalization Superintendence with all information (location, frequencies, power, gain, etc.)

Earth stations must be licensed by an Authorized Service Provider. The license term is 15 years, renewable once. Current license fee for VSAT Earth stations (in Brazilian Reais) Instalation fee: Antennas up to 2.4m - R$ 201,12 Antennas less than 4.5m - R$ 402.24 Antennas greater than 4.5m - R$13,408,00 Annual Fee: 50% of installation fees
