XX Meeting of COM/CITEL will be held in San Jose, Costa Rica from December 3 to 5, 2008
|
The III Forum of CITEL/PCC.I on Public Telecommunications Services took place
in Isla Margarita, Venezuela on June 26-27, 2000. More than 350 delegates
gathered to make a balance of communications in the Americas on the cusp of the
21st century.
CITEL is making most of the presentations available online. All presentations are in their original language (English or Spanish) and are in Adobe
Acrobat version 4.0 format. Many are large files, over one megabyte in size. If
